Every Monday I spend an hour chasing late invoices. Could AI Assist send the reminders for us? Ideally friendly first, firmer after 14 days.

Love this one. We'll pull overdue invoices from Xero each Monday 8am, send a friendly reminder at 7 days overdue and a firmer follow-up at 14 days, and email you a summary of who was chased. Scoping it now.
